Greek Christmas is celebrated like Christmas in the rest of Europe. But here the presents are given on the 1st of January. Saint Vassilis used to bring the presents to the children, but nowadays they are also found under the Christmas tree.
Apart from the other presents that we received for the animals of Thassos, we would like to add one more gift, and that is why we would like to invite you to our Christmas party at Friday 20th December in Kalivia, Thassos.
The party will be held in tavern To Steki (Susies) from 19:30. There will be good music, homemade finger food, beer, wine, retsina, softdrinks and a raffle with nice prizes.
The entrance fee is € 15 (all food and drink is included in this price) and the profits will of course all go to the animals of Thassos.
