Yoshi who was found in August in Potos and had a tumor on his left back leg…
In September the tumor on Yoshi's leg was removed and sent for biopsy.
Unfortunately the results are not too good. It was a grade 2 mast cell tumor.

A kind of cancer that can't be cured and will finally lead to his death.
ACT has decided not to torment him with chemo, but to let him enjoy life as long as it lasts. Since he was already staying with Joop and Tanja after his surgery, they offered that Yoshi can stay with them for the rest of his life instead of in the enclosure, so he can walk around in the garden and have the company of their dogs and cats until the cancer wins and he has to enter the rainbow bridge.
But let's hope that Yoshi can stay with his new family for many happy years.
